BWC SHIPPING/RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
When can I expect my order to ship?
BWC processes orders 9AM-6PM EST, Monday - Friday, and will ship within 1-2 full business days from the point of purchase. Orders placed after 12PM EST will be processed the following business day. Items are shipped via USPS and FedEx, and you will receive a tracking e-mail upon the departure of your order, as well as an order confirmation after checkout completion. All of our customer's orders are personally packaged, transported and shipped by the BWC Garments team.
Can I return my order?
Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from BWC Garments. If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, we accept returns within 21 days of purchase. Items must be returned in original, new, and unused condition in order to be accepted. Please understand that original and return shipping charges will not be refunded, with exception to faulty or incorrectly shipped items on our behalf. BWC will refund the product's full amount back to your original method of payment upon the receiving and acception of your return. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be viewable on your bank statement. To initiate the return process, please e-mail us in the "contact" tab above and we will respond to you shortly.
Can I exchange my order?
BWC does not exchange products/orders. If you would like a different size, color or style, a new order must be placed and the original order returned in compliance with the return policy listed above. BWC will refund your payment upon the receiving and acception of your item(s).
